Aida F. Umaya lives by the life motto, 'Life is a series of learning, let's embrace it.' She aims to inspire others to experience the joy of living life to the fullest by embracing continuous learning, hard work, and strategically leveraging their potential through coaching.
Aida graduated in Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, and earned her MM degree from BINUS University. Her diverse career began as a researcher at a bank and a development agency, but she eventually became the Head of Corporate Communication at a self-regulatory agency in the Indonesian capital market.
After accumulating experience as a consultant at the World Bank, she explored working at a hospital before dedicating 11 years to the HR Division in the banking industry.
The underlying philosophy behind her diverse career is the belief that one can achieve anything with determination. Continuous learning is her passion, and she aspires to inspire many others to embrace learning as well.
After retiring, she made the decision to embark on a career as a film producer.
