Dewi Sudharta is a leadership, teamwork and self-growth coach who believes in that lifelong learning is the ultimate key to a fulfilling life. Achieving full potential starts with acknowledging one’s limitations, cultivating a growth mentality and perseverance.
As a professional, Dewi has been involved in the strategic delivery of over AUD 230 million of complex investments for bilateral development cooperation and corporate social responsibility initiatives in education, poverty reduction and community development. She demonstrates diverse experiences from nearly 15 years working with key development partners, including AusAID, USAID, World Bank, NZAid, managing pools of technical expertise on projects valued from AUD 3 million to AUD 125 million. In addition, she also possesses experience in multilateral development cooperation, gained through her 6-years working with ASEAN, where she convened policy discussions with member states on 7 different sectors.
Dewi is highly skilled in fostering relations and partnerships and has extensive networks with key Indonesian and Australian government agencies and international development partners. Dewi is passionate in developing a participatory management style that breeds accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Throughout her career, she has led diverse, multi-culture teams from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and personality types. She firmly believes that diversity leads to positive outcomes. She coaches others to cultivate self-awareness, because knowing oneself is achieving life goals and aspirations. Dewi works and builds partnership with middle to senior leaders and individual talents to develop their leadership capabilities and explore potential opportunities to drive their performance.
