During the first session, Coach Nindya facilitated me to break down everything about my career journey; past roles, all competencies and skills obtained and implemented within each role, as well as the challenges faced. Afterwards, I would be able to see more clearly about what I'm actually capable and which career directions I can consider. Thank you, Coach Nindya!

Tbh, I don't expect I got a lot improvements helped by Coach Didi throughout the whole career coaching sessions. Even in our final session, Coach Didi still wholeheartedly sharing the whole knowledge & experience she has to help my career condition getting better. So glad and grateful to have a career coach like her in such age like mine right now. I mean, Coach Didi is so assertive to some points of my life, pushing towards my goals & great potential. Definitely will always reach her out to discuss or ask anything relatable about career & self-growth.

Really grateful to have a session that I always talk with AI. But Didi can gave me what algorithms don’t have which is emotional gesture and empathy as being from expert not as friend. No judgement but to carving out myself and potentials unlike people who called themselves as an expert. Can directing my thoughts and connecting all the dots. Highly recommend.
