I help professionals recognize, develop, and demonstrate the competencies they already have to support their career advancement. To me, competence is not only something assessed during selection, promotion, or assessment processes, but also an important foundation for growth and for stepping into bigger roles.

My focus is to help clients understand the experiences they already have and connect them with the competencies sought in the workplace. Many people actually have strong experiences, but do not yet know how to present those experiences as clear, focused, and convincing examples. This is where I help: by turning real experiences into competency stories that are relevant for competency-based interviews, psychological assessments, promotion processes, and recruitment.

I also support professionals who want to develop specific competencies for their long-term career goals. This means not only preparing interview answers, but also helping them identify or create new experiences that can strengthen their competencies in the workplace. In this way, their development becomes more practical, focused, and impactful for their career readiness.

I built this approach from my experience in assessment, training, and recruitment. This background helps me see competencies not only from a theoretical perspective, but also from the perspective of evaluators, talent developers, and organizational needs. Through this, I aim to help professionals present themselves with greater confidence, stronger preparation, and a better ability to show their best potential, opening up wider career opportunities.
