Over a career spanning two decades, working in both international and local (Indonesian) organizations, I have demonstrated a commitment and an aptitude for working across cultures, with demonstrable success at upper management level. This includes devising and delivering extensive syllabi to develop VVIP language learner abilities, in order to meet and exceed the requirements set by various international accreditations.

Most recently, I have been collaborating with the second largest tin mining company in the world, with whom I have expanded my understanding, experience and qualifications in the field of executive education, including certification in the Richard – Lewis Cross Culture model. In this position, I have contributed meaningfully to the overall development of language learner ability and international communicative concepts within various strata of the workforce.
