My role is focused on building a robust People Development Structure and ensuring our Corporate Core Values are ingrained in daily operations. I collaborate closely with consultants to drive organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives. I lead strategic efforts in performance management, talent management, and career development for high potential talent, working closely with the leadership team to enhance operational excellence.
