Before becoming a coach, I served as a Business Head and part of the CEO Office at Tokopedia, one of Indonesia’s largest tech companies. That experience taught me firsthand the real challenges of leading at scale — navigating pressure, making bold decisions, and staying true to your values.
Today, I combine that corporate experience with a semi-directive yet accommodating coaching style — offering both structure and space. I’m here to challenge your thinking, support your growth, and help you lead with character.
My coaching is rooted in evidence-based methods — informed by a Master’s in Adult Learning & Leadership from Columbia University, an ICF-ACC certification, and training in Positive Intelligence and Health & Wellness.
