Thank you Coach Erick for the session. Through the session, I have learnt to set my priority at work. how to develop my leadership skill. Besides, I have discovered and learnt to know more about myself as a person. He has been a great listener and supporter as a coach. Recommend him to be your coach.

Coach erick sabar dan ramah jadi teman ngobrol ku. Saya bisa terpikir dengan pertanyaan sederhana darinya. Juga dalam mengipas pilihan yang ada kembuat saya jd lebihbyakin. Tks pa erick

Pak Erick is a great and very talented coach. As a coach, he knew exactly on how to be good listener yet never failed to coaching me as well. Not to mention that he was not only explore on what appeared on the surface but he tried to dig down on the roots of the problem. His advise has encouraged me to grow my mindset and to find my inner power. There was always something insightful I learned from every session with him. Coaching session with Pak Erick was worth every minute.

Thank You Coach Erick for the 1st coaching session. It was a fun and enjoyable session and I realized the real area of improvement. Session was comfortable and how coach Erick guided the coachee to realize and explore the idea. Looking forward to next session.
