During the session 2, all the agreed actions plan were followed up. 1. Speak up have been practises and expected to consistently continues and share on any difficulties. 2. Focus and prioritization were implemented started with internal quality team. 3. Setup team strategy was shared with ops head for further sharing with other team.

Will continue practicing the agreed actions until its we get the consistency. The most concerned hurdle in QA Roles was mitigated, after the coaching session. Will extend the practice into other cases/situation as the solutions is not really coming from internal rather than external.
