Excellent! Thanks to Mb Tere for dedicating her time to coaching me. It was an amazing conversation. I finally could redifine my goals as an individual or as a team in my workplace. I learned a lot on how to be self open-minded person, develope my effective communication among others specifically effective self talk, and how to build the effective teamwork and collaboration. We discussed and shared a lot including my difficulties as well as my obstacles in my personal life and my workplace. After three times coaching and I implemented of the courses, I realized that those three topics are important part in life.
