Total Review

My experience at various companies has further honed my skills in finance, profit improvement, and strategic planning. I have developed and implemented strategies for human capital development and project management.

I am particularly attracted to collaborative and innovative approaches for solving complex business challenges. I am confident that my strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, and proven track record in delivering results include:

- Achieving approximately $60 million in sales revenue by serving over 600,000 customers, increasing the billing success rate to nearly 100%, and implementing sustainable business practices centered on Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) to enhance strong and sustainable financial performance.

- Managing capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx) of approximately $70 million, resulting in an extraordinary return on investment (ROI) of around 17%, a return on equity (ROE) of roughly 20%, and earnings after tax (EAT) of approximately 29%.

- Overseeing company assets worth around $100 million and strategically utilizing infrastructure investments to enhance strong and sustainable financial performance. Additionally, I led infrastructure projects aligned with the company's short-term and long-term strategic goals.

- Directing tax planning to minimize the tax burden without violating any applicable tax laws, maximizing after-tax income for distribution to shareholders or reinvestment.

- Implementing strategic cost-saving measures by leveraging my extensive knowledge and negotiating with suppliers in a professional, transparent, and assertive manner, leading to the achievement of our cost-saving management targets.

- Leading Digital Transformation (DT) and Strategic Cost Optimization efforts to enhance business efficiency and competitiveness. Successful business transformation requires simultaneously leveraging and exploring opportunities to achieve organizational agility. Although investing in new technologies can facilitate transformation, even the best technology will be underutilized without appropriate processes, culture, or talent in place.

- Playing a critical role in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the company’s strategic goals. These KPIs cascade from top to bottom and are measured consistently.
