Currently, Intan is the Human Capital Strategy Manager for one of the Consulting firms in Indonesia. In this role Intan is responsible for the human capital transformation and the employer branding area. She has previous experience in recruitment, HRBP and human capital talent areas. She possesses excellent project management and problem-solving skills and works hard to help others achieve their given targets. 

Prior to joining the Consulting industry, Intan worked within the Media Industry as Recruitment Specialist. During that time, she showed great enthusiasm for learning and gave excellent service helping users recruitment needs, at all levels. She is reliable and can work under a minimum of supervision. 

With more than 10 years experience across both the Consulting and Media industries, Intan has gained unique skills. These skills enable her to support the organisation in defining and executing its Human Capital Strategy, with broad exposures that have developed her project management, learning agility, team management talents and Coaching skills.

She has played the role as Coach starting from 2017 until now. She handles several Coachees in her current roles. Basically she likes to develop others. Besides that, she is also involved in group Coaching by collaboration with one of client in supporting their Leadership Development Programme starting from 2021 until now. She is passionate about Coaching through her experiences and gives training about Coaching in her company. Besides Coaching in an industrial setting, she is also interested in expanding her knowledge in the Coaching area for educational and parenting in which it aligns with her background as a working mother.
