Justi is a certified professional executive coach. She currently acts as  the Senior General Manager in Assessment Center Indonesia and has been in the company for 26 years. The valuable experience she has acquired from implementing HR services,  conducting Assessment Center and selection process: interviewing, facilitating, and feedback-giving, helps her develop her coaching skills.  She has a desire to help others achieve the best version of themselves, starting from those who are closest to her. For her, coaching is one of making that vision a reality. She believes that through coaching, not only that it is an opportunity to help others, but also to make herself a better person.
