[A] Volunteering Experiences:

-Quarter-Life Projects [Counselling Manager]
Focus on Quarter Life Crisis, this community helps individuals with the same issue on that topic by giving free education webinar and peer-support program to support them as the first-aid on preserving mental health. During my time at the QLP, my team and I responsible in the Peer-Support program and managed to help 213 people in battling the quarter-life crisis.

-Tokopedia [Community Volunteer]
I have been actively engaged in Tokopedia's Coaching & CSR programs :
1. Nakamate: SapaNakes
Represented Tokopedia to greet and give appreciation to health workers in Indonesia for their outstanding effort to battle Covid-19.

2. Nakamate: AudioBook
It aims to improve the lives of disabled communities in Indonesia by providing audiobooks as alternative resources for them to learn. In this project, I participated as a narrator (voice-over), who recorded the provided content, and together with Difalitera, we distributed this content to other organizations and communities in need.

3. NXCoach - Leader Coaching Academy [February 2021 - Present]
A collaboration between people and other departments to help Nakama in Tokopedia find their career/life aspiration through Professional Coaching. I actively engage as a facilitator to train new coaches and coach to coach leaders in maximizing their potential.

4. Nakamate: School in the Clouds 
Supported underprivileged youth in navigating their potentials after finishing their studies through a mentoring session.

5. Nakamate: Plant a Tree Day
In celebration of World Environment Day, Nakama planted mangrove trees in an effort to protect the environment.

6. Nakamate: School in the Clouds 
Supported underprivileged youth in navigating their potentials after finishing their studies through a mentoring session. Exclusively to celebrate Tokopedia's 13th anniversary.

7. Mentor Fellowship by YABB 
Participated in a mentorship program organized by Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa, where I had the opportunity to share my expertise in coaching with hundreds of participants to enhance their active listening and leadership skills.

-Inspiration Factory Foundation [Tutor & Facilitator]
Participate as a tutor & facilitator in teaching English/Calistung (InspiraTutor) & mentoring (DreamProgram) for marginalized children.

Escrow Lead - Tokopedia
• Handle financial escrow processes for Digital Goods (Category: Top-Up, Billings, Travel, Entertainment, and Wedding) in B2C, B2B and B2B2C transactions.
• Review agreements in integration with partners/aggregators and identify any potential clause that will incriminate Tokopedia.
• Collaborate with legal, business, and finance department to evaluate new business concepts.
• Identify potential issues in the escrow process and participate in a solution, including recommending and developing new policies and procedures.
• Initiate automation for internal escrow processes by creating vision documents for intools/dashboard planning (in collaboration with the product team).
• Lead and manage new products in the Digital Goods category for reporting, budgeting, disbursement, reconciliation, and maintaining working capital. 
• Identify and explain trends affecting the flux of sales and revenue in the Digital Goods categories.
