Hello, I'm Monika, and my journey from the corporate world to entrepreneurship has been incredible. With over 13 years of experience as a Corporate Communications Manager and CSR Manager in multinational companies, I always knew I wanted to create a more profound impact on education.

In 2006, I decided to pursue my calling and established Erudio Indonesia, an educational ecosystem challenging the conventional schooling system. At the heart of Erudio is the empowering Erudio School of Art and Science, where students freely shape their learning journey, exploring their interests and passions.

Throughout this transformative journey, I discovered my true passion: coaching and empowering young minds, professionals, and parents. This newfound passion ignited a fire within me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

My commitment to transforming education extended beyond Erudio. Collaborating with the Ministry of Education, I played an integral role in developing teachers' training programs and school assistance initiatives. This allowed me to reach out to over 10,000 teachers across Indonesia, fostering liberating education for students.

The Erudio ecosystem also includes Suar Artspace, Sorak Suar, and SKS Project, providing platforms for emerging artists to connect and showcase their work, empowering young students through an inclusive art community, and bridging the gap for aspiring art and design professionals.

Driven by my dedication to alternative education, I co-founded the Indonesian Network of Alternative Education (JPA) and actively engage with the Indonesian Network of Democratic Education (JPAM) and the International and Asia Pacific Democratic Conference (APDEC), advocating for holistic and inclusive educational practices.

In recognition of my unwavering efforts, I am now a member of the esteemed National Board of School Accreditation, furthering my commitment to excellence and innovation in education.

While my heart lies in transforming education, I also find joy in supporting individuals in the corporate world. As an associate with human development companies, I offer training, facilitation, and coaching services, unlocking professionals' potential for personal and career growth.

Coaching has become my driving force, deeply invested in empowering youth to navigate academic and personal challenges with confidence and resilience. My approach nurtures their strengths, guides meaningful goal-setting, and provides tools to overcome obstacles, enabling them to flourish in all aspects of life.

Moreover, my passion for career development coaching led me to assist professionals seeking transitions, navigating challenges, and achieving fulfilling work-life balance.

Inspired by parenthood, I also offer parenting coaching, empowering parents with effective strategies to build strong connections with their children, foster emotional intelligence, and create a nurturing environment at home.

Beyond my coaching endeavors, I actively engage with the facilitation community as a committee member of the International Association of Facilitators Indonesia Chapter, promoting effective practices.
