Terms and Definition

The Visecoach platform and brand are owned and managed by PT Sparta Kreasi Bangsa which was established and operated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

As used in this privacy policy, the following are some terms and definitions:

"Company" mean PT Sparta Kreasi Bangsa who manage and operate Visecoach platform.

"Coach" means an individual who is registered and provides coaching service using Visecoach platform.

"Coachee" means an individual or a group of people who has contracted to Visecoach for a coaching programs and/or any goods or service that provided by Visecoach.

"Information" is an asset that, like other important business assets, is essential to an organization's business and, consequently, needs to be suitably protected. Information can be stored in many forms including coaching notes, learning materials, articles, videos, podcasts, etc.

"Personal data" means data, about a customer who can be identified: (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which company have or are likely to have access.

General Policy

At Visecoach, privacy of both coach and coachee information and personal data are our main priorities. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Visecoach and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies to all activities in which information and personal data are gathered, processed and stored in Visecoach platform

By using Visecoach platform, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

Log Files

Visecoach follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit our platforms. The information collected by log files include device types, internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the platform, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, Visecoach website uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Visecoach, which are sent directly to users' browser. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that Visecoach has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Visecoach does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Compliance to Standard

In order to maintain security of information that company collect from both coaches and coachees, Visecoach implement information security management system based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard.

Information security ensures the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information. Inform security involves the application and management of appropriate controls that involves consideration of a wide range of threats, with the aim of ensuring sustained business success and continuity, and minimizing consequences of information security incidents.

Particularly, in order to maintain personal data protection, Visecoach implement ISO/IEC 27018:2019 Information technology — Security techniques — Code of practice for protection of personally identifiable information (PII) in public clouds acting as PII processors.
