As a Consultant on Natural Resources Management Project under the International Rural Development Program in 1996, he gained valuable insights into fostering positive change in various communities.
His career journey continued as he transitioned from a Shift Head Supervisor into a Production Manager at PT Varia Industri Tirta Bogor and PT Tirtasulut Klabatindo from 1997 to 2002. Later, he thrived as a Plant Manager and eventually became a Senior Plant Manager at Manado & Sukabumi Factories – Danone Indonesia, a multinational company, from 2003 to 2019. His leadership and management expertise have significantly contributed to the growth and success of these organizations.
More recently, Obrin took on the role of Regional Senior HSE Manager in the Sumatra area at Danone Indonesia from 2020 to 2023, further showcasing his commitment to excellence and ensuring a safe work environment.
