Shinta had a 15-year career in the banking industry, which included six years as an In-House Trainer. Her journey has been marked by honing a wide range of expertise, from leadership, coaching, mentoring, people development, business development, marketing, sales, services, communication, negotiation, team building, and training development. This extensive background has given her a deep understanding of the corporate world and the challenges it entails, equipping her with the tools for success. 

Shinta made a career shift into the academic field as a lecturer at one of the most Prestigious Private University in West Java, which expanded her knowledge further, encompassing business, human resource management, motivation, and organizational dynamics. With this academic experience, she has become adept at connecting with individuals and empowering them on their journey to success. Additionally, she’s also being responsible for coaching programs held by the faculty, contributing her expertise to the development of others.

Coaching has been a constant thread in her career, playing a pivotal role in both her banking and academic roles. As a group head in the bank, she diligently nurtured and empowered her team, guiding them to achieve their full potential. Her journey as a lecturer naturally led her to coach students and young professionals, providing them with valuable insights for their career paths and life choices.

Beyond her roles as a coach, She is a dedicated business owner and holds prestigious SME mentor certifications from BNSP. With personal experience in entrepreneurship, she understands the highs and lows of running a business and is well-equipped to guide aspiring entrepreneurs through the challenges and opportunities of their own ventures.

Shinta's coaching approach revolves around empathy, active listening, and an unwavering commitment to her clients' growth. Her passion lies in giving back and making a positive impact beyond coaching, nurturing a thriving society through her coaching endeavours and community involvement.

Right now Shinta is more involving in Student Coaching, helping them on their "Mid-Life Crisis", talking about career choices, fears and obstacles that youngsters must through.
