I describe myself as a Committed person with a Growth Mindset who Believes in People.

Positive is a one-word association that I truly believe in and embrace throughout my journey. I love to work with people, coach them, believe in them, motivate them, and together with them, make things work & purposeful. I put passion, creativity, and a lot of curiosity into every activity throughout the process to deliver the best result.

I am currently responsible as a Director to lead amalan as a debt management company in helping people who are in heavy debt burden to gain their new start. I lead and motivate a team of young professionals in a dynamic and performance-driven environment. Create a work environment to thrive everybody to its limit in giving their best performances based on their unique skills and capabilities.

On the one hand, as Chief Sales Officer since 2020, I am responsible to lead amalan Operation and Sales team to generate and achieve Revenue targets. 
1. Supervising, developing, leading everyday sales strategies, and managing sales targets.
2. Analyze current sales, assess sales efficiency, and realize the need to create a more effective sales strategy that will yield better results.
3. Hire, develop, and retain top talent for the sales organization.
4. Implements effective sales enablement tactics to help their sales teams work more efficiently.
5. Work closely with the marketing team in delivering targeted lead generation and funnel optimization in order to bring better results in revenue target
6. Work together with the product team to establish a need-based product and more efficient process
7. Coaching & mentoring sales agents in order to make them stay motivated with a higher chance of success rate
8. Establish a curriculum and training program that is designed to form high-performance sales agents based on Mindset, Knowledge, Skill, Discipline, and Character which translate into a daily good habit
