He worked with various intenational hotel companies such as Sheraton, Shangri-La, Le Meridien, Pan Pacific and JW Marriott, all in HR Leadership role. Yoyon is also a professional trainer for customer service, performance management, and leadership. He holds an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism.

For the last 4 years, he has been working for the retail business, still in the HR field, as Corporate HR Director. .
