In 1992, Adi transitioned to the private sector, assuming the role of Accounting Manager at PT Tira Fashion in the dynamic Fashion Industry for three years. Eager for fresh challenges, he later joined the Construction Industry, spending four impactful years as the Accounting Manager at PT Truba Jurong Engineering. His exceptional leadership led to him being entrusted with the role of Administration Director at PT Anugerah Bina Prakarsa, a subsidiary of PT Truba Jurong Engineering, showcasing his capacity to handle complex responsibilities in this esteemed organization specializing in power, cement, and paper plant projects.
Armed with this diverse expertise, Adi took a bold step to establish PT Multi Ide Luhur, focusing on Tax Consulting, Finance Accounting Services, and Standard Operating Procedures Establishment Services, delivering unmatched professional solutions to his clients.
As technology rapidly progressed, Coach Adi expanded his business horizon by founding two more companies, PT Power Innovation Indonesia and PT Prima Inovasi Luhur, dedicated to providing implementation services for Oracle Applications Software and Microsoft Dynamics Axapta Software. Both companies swiftly gained recognition, attracting clients from various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, retail, distribution, finance, and higher education. Notable clients include PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia, PT Yasa Patria Prakarsa, PT Sucofindo, PT Asabri, PT Tempuran Mas Tbk, PT Tira Austenite Tbk, and PT Ramayana Tbk, among others.
Coach Adi's passion for knowledge and growth led him to pursue a Master's Degree in International Business Marketing from Prasetya Mulia Business School in 2001, further enhancing his abilities to deliver impactful coaching services. He also deepened his understanding of information technology systems by undertaking an Oracle course at Oracle University, Sydney, Australia, in 2003.
Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at PT Sekar Guna Medika since 2018, Coach Adi's remarkable leadership and strategic acumen have contributed significantly to the success of one of Indonesia's largest medical device distributors.
