Five Sessions have been completed. All sesions have given me a breakthorugh in understanding my next carreer. Coach Adi was client-oriented. He has coached me to be independent to make decisions about my life and my carreer. Thank you.

Another fruitful session. Digging broad spectrum of different things such traits, values, actions.

- Understand more on financial planning and how to calculate the budget needs for the retirement period. - Understand more on health planning and start to find the best option. - Understand more on activities planning and start to experience the activities by entering the related communities. - Understand more on values and try to define which one you preferred most.

Thanks to Mr. Adi for the coaching session. It gave me another vision to see my future plan, especially my career-changing plan. There are some challenges I need to take notes of when I start my own business such as : - Internal challenge: capital, my own mind perception, family support, preparation & plan, execution, marketing, etc - External challenge: competitor activity, certification, and other document preparation, etc Mr. Adi also give me an additional idea to think far future related to how I can continue my legacy (related to sustainable business)

All sessions wrap up. Pak Adi never fail to do coaching for my career development. I think I am a quite details person, but when I hear few things from coach Adi on today's session, I found my self need to upgrade the skill level of understanding something. Thanks coach for bringing a really good point on our coaching session today.
