The coaching sessions are fruitful. The connections / relations are sincere but still professional, it makes me comfortable but also building me up in many aspect. Through these sessions the Coach help me to discover the area that I am lack and help me to find out how to become better and grow in that area, and also the coach sincerity helps me to be open up and be honest about things that hinder me and discussing the matters on the table. I was not in a good condition in the beginning, and these sessions (i had 4 sessions) help me to overcome my situations, and find my real self and how to grow better after.
