During our last mentoring session, Bu Uti as coach was guiding me on how to strategically build a professional image. And guess what? She even shared some cool tips on how to learn from bigger businesses to discover my own business value. All in all, all the coaching sessions were super awesome, and I'm really thankful for this amazing opportunity. Thank u bu Uti ;)

Ini sesi ke 3 sama mba Uti. Setiap sesi itu ibaratnya kaya ngupas bawang, terus dikupas setajam silet. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang dilontarkan mba Uti itu selalu kaya membuka cakrawala baru, jadinya aku punya POV berbeda dan mengasah pemikiran banget. Those questions led me to new way of thinking. By this far, sesuai sama what’s on her bio (unleash hidden potential). Again, always an eye awakening session. Thanks Mba Uti ;)

This coaching session is really helpful for me to achieve the following: 1. My self-assessment was reviewed based on a specific framework. 2. I was assisted in creating a risk mitigation plan by proactively identifying my challenges and determining methods for overcoming them. This was particularly important since it highlighted an area in which I had previously been unaware of my limitations. 3. As a coach, Uti helped me establish a professional routine that I could adhere to. 4. I'm provided with strategic insights on how to think strategically in terms of professional business and how to become self-employed. As a result of our session, I now can be working on a tactical, actionable plan that I can follow for the rest of the year. Before we closed the session, Uti's words of encouragement regarding the acceptance of failure and finding my core strengths were particularly inspiring, especially coming from someone who has already achieved so much in her own career.

During the coaching session with Uti, she presented several insightful ideas on how I could improve myself, including: 1. Exploring the destination or objective that I desire. 2. Examining the various possibilities that exist within my career. 3. Introducing a framework of passion, ability, and commitment to guide my decision-making. Through this session, I gained a valuable understanding of how to establish a solid framework for building my career. By applying this framework, I was also able to gain a clearer sense of my own professional strengths and unique qualities.

Mba Uti's experience as a well-rounded Marketeer, gave me the chance to understand how Marketeers think and work. Through her session, she helped me to discover how to successfully deal with Marketeers as an HR.
