In today’s session, I got to learn a lot more about myself, both my strengths and the areas I still need to work on. What I really appreciated was how Coach Jane helped me see how I can turn my weaknesses into something positive and useful. We also talked about planning my future, and having a clearer direction feels really helpful and motivating. I’m hopeful that I can start turning these goals into reality by next year. Thank you very much Bu Tituk for reminding me that leader should not only focus on the numbers, but also how we ensure all aspects of the organization can also grow and not left behind. I learn to listen more and expose myself more in the ops side.

Great session with Bu Tituk. I learned more about how to be a leader, targeting to achieve level 3 leader by end of 2025 where people can follow not only due to orders but because of shared vision, being comfortable, and they can also grow to be a leader later. Objective, practical and fun! I call it coaching like that's like talking to your bestie. At first, I was a bit unsure about what questions to ask, so I was guided with questions about the things I really wanted to know more about in a structured way. It was an enjoyable discussion because it cleared up my confusion about my career and how to develop it step-by-step. The results of the discussion were practical. The interactive session based on case studies seemed to be very interesting in the next session. Thanks a bunch!
