Joko holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta. Additionally, he earned a Magister Management in Strategic Management from Prasetiya Mulya University in Jakarta.

1.PERTAMINA Sub Holding Upstream (SHU) - 2022 to now

Additionally, Joko plays a pivotal role in developing coaching competencies among Pertamina Sub Holding Upstream leaders through an ongoing collaborative initiative with Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC).
2.Director of Membership International Coaching Federation (ICF) Jakarta Charter Chapter - 2023 to 2024
In his role as Director of Membership, Joko provides direction and leadership for the Chapter's membership program to maintain and increase ICF membership.
