My career initially thrived in the Food & Beverage industry, where I excelled as an International Sales expert. This experience allowed me to travel the world, immersing myself in various cultures and refining my business acumen. However, I felt a calling to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, leading me to embark on an exciting path as a Certified Professional Coach.

Driven by a profound commitment to unlocking the potential of Indonesian youth, I co-founded Coaching For Youth—a visionary platform solely devoted to fostering and nurturing the next generation of exceptional leaders for our beloved nation. Our mission is to empower young minds with the knowledge, skills, and guidance they need to thrive in an ever-evolving world. 

In addition to my impactful coaching work, I passionately spearhead comprehensive people development programs tailored for state-owned enterprises and corporates, with a primary focus on honing and nurturing exceptional leadership capabilities.
