Accelerated Growth Coach Certification Program - (Private Session)

This is a coaching certification program designed to take individuals to become an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) via ICF’s track of L1 Accreditation Program. This program provides curriculum and methodology for you to complete the first 30 coach training hours by acquiring knowledge and skills in accordance with the ICF’ s Ethics and Competencies.

Accelerated Growth Coach Certification Program - (Private Session)

Conducted privately, this program takes individuals to complete the first 30 hours out of total 80 hours of ICF L1 Accreditation Program.Graduates from this program will need to complete the next 50 hours accredited training, including 10 hours of mentoring to apply for the for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential using the Level 1 application path.

Program Structure

  • 16 hours of private training delivered one-on-one.
  • 8 hours of self-learning.
  • 6 hours of coaching practice.
  • Completed within 2 to 3 months.


Program Objective

By the end of the program participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the internationally recognized core coaching competencies.   
  • Become a competent and professional coach with the capacity to deliver coaching in diverse situations.  
  • Integrate the coaching principles, methodologies and skills into leadership practice.   
  • Gain confidence to become an internal coach in the organization.

Certificate Earned

Methodologies

  • 8 sessions of 2-hour private training.
  • 8 hours of self-study, video lessons, and tests.
  • 6 audio recordings of internal coaching practice between 30 and 45 minutes.


Arrangements

  • Private training is scheduled every 1-2 weeks by appointment. Conducted online and offline.
  • Self learning is completed at self-faced via Visecoach app.
  • Coaching practices must be recorded prior to private training session.
