As usual, It was a great session for me. Ms R has made me aware of my feelings and behaviors. Now, I feel grateful and happy because I am able to catch my goals. I have developed new ways to respond and build a better relationship with myself, my family, and the people around me. Josh has his own way to coach by not telling me what to do or point me where I should develop. Through this session, Josh help me to look back and review a lot of things as a room of improvement and to find my own way to improve myself, ways that suits me more and practical one. The discussion was very fruitful !
